FUEL=Faith Ultimately Expresses Love

In the Fall of 2008, North Coast Church made a decision that would forever alter the landscape of student ministries at the Vista campus: splitting the existing high school ministry into two separate entities. Under the leadership and direction of Senior Pastor Chris Brown, FUEL 9/10 and Eleven/Twelve were born! This split allowed us to pursue the freshmen and sophomores with purpose and clarity.

Today, our FUEL high school ministry continues to be a place where freshmen and sophomores build a healthy relationship with Jesus Christ. Students will also connect with incredible adult leaders who will encourage them in their relationship, as well as make lasting friendships with their peers. There are four pillars of strength that FUEL 9/10 High School Ministry continues to build on: Weekend Services, Wednesday Night FUEL, Wildfire, and the Spark Service Team.

WHAT WE BELIEVE:

FUEL 9/10 holds strongly to the beliefs of North Coast Church as a whole in regards to the Bible, God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, salvation, and the Church.

WEEKEND SERVICES:

Every weekend we offer unique services for 9th & 10th graders on Sat., 5:30pm, Sun., 9am, 11am and 6pm. We create a place to hear and discuss the Word along with student worship teams modeling to our community what worship truly is.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT FUEL:

Every Wednesday night we meet for community, fun and encouragement at the Vista campus before breaking into small groups. Small groups are communities of students (5-15 students) led by an adult volunteer. During small group time, our volunteers lead students through a series of questions meant to provoke thoughtful conversation.
