High School Pastor
Mike Hodson joined the High School team in 2002 and has been in full time ministry for 14 years now.  Mike is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, but calls Vista home, where he lives with his wife Katrina and 2 dogs, Boo and Dizzy. Mike is gifted in teaching and enjoys building relationships with students.

High School Pastor
Chris Geddis joined our church staff in 2005 as the College Events Coordinator, and later made the move to high school in 2008. Chris, a Tri-City native, has been attending North Coast for over 15 years. He brings high energy to the ministry and there is nothing he will not do to bring the bible to life.  His wife Chelsey of 5 years, owns her own dance studio in Vista.

Women's Director
Danielle Carenza grew up in Oceanside as has been attending North Coast for over 10 years. She graduated from RBV in 2006 and is working towards her bachelor's degree in Psychology at Biola Bold. One of her greatest passions is traveling. She's been to over 7 countries!

Encore Director

Shea Cullen has been working at North Coast since 2004 and joined the 9/10 staff in the fall of 2011. He has an adventurous heart and loves sports and the outdoors. Working with students is a passion not only for him, but also for his wife who is a second grade teacher. Shea loves to help students work through the daily struggles of high school life.

Worship Director
Nick Lanari has lived in Fallbrook, Ca. since the age of 5. He hails from the North Coast Fallbrook Campus, where he became heavily involved with Volume (High School Ministry). Nick is passionate for worship and has a calling to share how we are to express worship through our love for others, testimony, and physical singing. Nick really enjoys longboard skateboarding and is obessed with anythng that is musical.
